Throughout the entire marketing process our clients receive feedback and updates on the sale of their property. Clients may also choose how they are informed, through e-mail, post or phone for example. Clients may also choose how often they receive feedback, for example after every inspection, or by weekly report.

Comparative Market Analysis

When marketing a property one of the most critical decisions to be made is the asking price. To help make this decision, Jocumsen Property Group presents each client with a unique and comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). The CMA details recent sales, properties on the market and suburb demographics within the client's area. Comparative sales will be of properties that share numerous similarities with the client's own property, such as number of bedrooms/bathrooms, land size and special features.

Our consultant's review and explain the CMA to the client and assist in comparing the choice of properties displayed. By using this CMA an appropriate price range will emerge which will assist in deciding an appropriate list price, or desired auction reserve price for the property.

Our marketing team has proficient knowledge in all relevant mediums. By understanding the demographic profile of prospective buyers and the reach of each medium, we are able to create a program which creates results.
